Paper Guidelines

Must not have been published anywhere before. Since participation in the Conference involves more academicians, an author can participate with a maximum of 2 papers at the same time. The paper should be submitted and presented only by the authors themselves. Papers should be organized as Abstract, Introduction, Literature, Methods, Results, Conclusions and Recommendations.

Length limit: The full text should be 1000-7000 (one thousand - seven thousand) words and the abstract should not exceed 200-1000 (two hundred - one thousand) words.

Format and spelling: APA (reference) should be used and DOI numbers (where available) should be included. The title of the paper should be in Times New Roman 16 font size, the content of the paper should be in Times New Roman 12 font size, footnotes should be in Times New Roman 9 font size, 1.5 line spacing, page margins should be 2.5 cm on all sides. Papers should be written in the language of the Conference and abstracts should be summarized in English in addition to the written language. There should be a maximum of 5 keywords.

Submission format: Word format only (PDF not accepted). Submissions must be submitted by the specified date. 

Images: Images, tables, etc. should be in high resolution/readable.

Language options: Turkish (Azerbaijan, Turkey, Kazakh, Kyrgyz, Uzbek, Turkmen) English, Russian

Pre-evaluation: Plagiarism rate, academic language, spelling rules will be checked and then the successful texts will be sent to the referees.

Referee decisions: Acceptance, acceptance after revision, or rejection.

Evaluation Criteria: Title-content compatibility, compatibility with literature and methodology, scientific contribution, timeliness, originality and adequacy of writing are taken into consideration.
